Why is it important to connect and ultimately heal your inner child?
๐งธWhen you connect with your inner child you become aware of some unresolved emotions, traumas, and unmet needs from your childhood that continue to affect you in adulthood.
โค๏ธโ๐ฉนOnce you get to heal those parts, you access greater emotional resilience, self-compassion, and a more authentic sense of self.
๐Healing the inner child helps us to build healthier relationships, access deeper joy and creativity, and experience more personal growth.
