Why is it important to connect and ultimately heal your inner child?

🧸When you connect with your inner child you become aware of some unresolved emotions, traumas, and unmet needs from your childhood that continue to affect you in adulthood.

❤️‍🩹Once you get to heal those parts, you access greater emotional resilience, self-compassion, and a more authentic sense of self.

🌈Healing the inner child helps us to build healthier relationships, access deeper joy and creativity, and experience more personal growth.

It takes practice to heal the inner child, so if you’re curious and willing to explore, this is what you can expect at this circle:
🌅Some movement and deep breathing to ease in and calm your nervous system
🧘🏾‍♀️A guided meditation leading you to your inner child
