Looking for a kind, encouraging space to stay motivated with your wellness goals?
Join others approaching healthy weight loss and well-being with mindfulness and self-compassion.
Our 14-week cycles combine gentle goal-setting and shared support:
🌿 Weeks 1–2: Begin the week before Thanksgiving with reflection and goal-setting using a simple self-coaching approach.
🌿 Weeks 3–14: After Thanksgiving, continue with weekly meetings for progress, support, and encouragement.
Each session includes a brief mindfulness meditation and supportive conversation.
Free, online, and peer-led — not affiliated with any organization or university.
Next cycle begins Thursday, November 20 at 7:00 PM
(We’ll start setting goals before Thanksgiving and begin our weekly meetings the week after.)
### Group Guidelines
To help create a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment, members agree to the following:
- Confidentiality: What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
- Respect & Kindness: We listen without judgment. No criticism, comparison, or unsolicited advice.
- Peer Support Only: This group is peer-led and not affiliated with any organization, university, or health program. We share encouragement, not professional advice.
- No Sales or Promotions: Please do not promote or advertise products, plans, or services.
- Mindful Communication: Speak from your own experience. We aim to uplift, not fix.
- Respect for Time: Meetings begin and end on time. We aim to give everyone a chance to speak.
- Acceptance of All Journeys: Everyone’s path looks different. We celebrate effort and progress in all its forms.
