The sequence we will work through during this immersion is one of those practices that reveals you to yourself beyond working your body. It’s designed to wake up the part of you that is steady, courageous, and unshakeable, even when life feels overwhelming, so you can reconnect to your own strength as you move through the final, busiest stage of the year without feeling lost and with a sense of stability rather than exhaustion.
This practice uses dynamic postures that awaken the navel centre (your power), rhythmic movements that cleanse emotional heaviness, and mantras that uplift the mind.
The movements combine breath, rhythm, and mantra in a way that gradually builds an inner fire. You feel it first in your core (a warmth, a gathering of energy) and then it starts to rise through the chest. It goes beyond physical strength; it’s the feeling of being supported from within. It reminds you of the strength that has always been inside you.🌿
