This 2.5-hour workshop was designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
🍃Yin Yoga:
The workshop begins with a soft yet profound Yin Yoga session. Through long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body, this practice encourages stillness, allowing you to turn your focus inward and listen to your own inner voice.
🍃Intentions for the New Year:
We will engage in a reflective writing exercise to set intentions for the upcoming year. This is an opportunity to clarify your needs, which are more apparent after a yin yoga.
🍃Yoga Nidra:
It is said that an intention stablished during yoga nidra is bound to happen. During this practice, you reach a state in between wakefulness and asleep, in which you will work on cleansing the subconscious mind, releasing deeply rooted tension, and resetting the nervous system. As you enter a state of conscious relaxation, the main intention you set earlier will be imprinted into the fabric of your subconscious, planting the seeds of transformation.
This is an opportunity to cleanse both body and mind, shedding the weight of accumulated stress, and step into the new year with clarity and purpose. Let this be your gift to yourself as you welcome the possibilities that the upcoming year holds.
