This practice group is for anyone interested to practice Hatha Yoga mindfully! Our purpose is to release the stresses from the week gone by and prepare you for the week ahead. Our practice includes:
- Hatha Yoga Postures
- Sound Healing
- Joint Strengthening
- Pranayama Breathing
- Life Affirmations
- Guided Relaxation
All levels of practitioners (beginners to advance) can join to benefit from the session. Our classes have been running for the Hong Kong community since 2010.
