This group is for anyone experiencing grief, loss, or challenging times who wants to approach their experience with awareness and compassion.
Learn mindfulness meditation techniques in a safe and friendly environment, among others who are on a similar journey. Develop mindfulness skills that can support you throughout this journey, in whatever shape it takes and for however long you are on it.
