Welcome to Mindful Strolls
We established this walking group in 2009 to share our love of walking and being outside in nature, while integrating mindfulness practices. In small, supportive groups, we explore the UK countryside and National Parks, and occasionally the parks and green spaces of London. We typically organize one day walk a month and several weekends per year.
All Mindful Strolls are carefully researched, planned, pre-walked, and led by an experienced team. Day walks range between 3 to 6 miles and are accessible via the London tube network or within a one to two-hour train ride from central London stations.
Our walkers come from around the globe and span all ages. We walk in parks, across fields, beside rivers, along hill ridges, through woods, sown fields, among flowers, and beneath sunny skies and rain clouds. Each walk includes mindfulness exercises, such as guided meditations and periods of silent walking, to enhance our connection to the present moment and the natural world. This is a relaxed and friendly group where you can expect a warm welcome.
