During this session in Spanish, we will offer yoga and sound meditation practices specially designed for the Latin and Spanish-speaking community of Houston.

The class is open to all levels and combines conscious movement, breathing and sound frequencies that invite calm, reflection and inner connection.

Inspired by the importance of health, peace and community welfare, this practice creates a space of union, serenity and positive energy in a natural and vibrant environment.
