This group is for anyone who wants to live with more clarity, balance, and wellbeing โ and who senses that real growth comes from understanding our own minds a little better. Whether you're working through feeling stuck, building a steadier sense of wellbeing, or simply curious about meditation and mindfulness, you're welcome here. ๐
I recently took over this lovely community, and I'm excited to keep it going and gently grow it. ๐ฑ
A little about me: I've spent over twenty years meditating and practicing across many contemplative and spiritual traditions โ and I'm also a researcher who studies meditation itself: its neuroscience, psychology, phenomenology, and philosophy. I'm a philosopher by training and the author of a book with Oxford University Press on meditation, psychedelic experience, and the deep overlap between them. ๐
So my approach blends two things that are usually kept apart: lived contemplative practice, and a careful, evidence-based understanding of how the mind actually works and how we grow and flourish. ๐ง
