Walking Meditation and Yoga in the stunning Nature of Switzerland
We organise Mindful Hikes in various areas of Switzerland during which we guide sessions of Yoga and Meditation.
Our aim is to be present in the moment and fully engaged with our surroundings, rather than simply moving through the environment without paying attention.
The benefits of mindful hiking include reduced stress, increased feelings of well-being, improved focus and concentration, and a deeper connection with nature. It is a great way to get some exercise while also nurturing your mental and emotional health.
Everyone is welcome, and our activities are non-profit and donation based.
