With more than 50 years of studying, researching, teaching Acupuncture, Aikido and TaiChi, Master Van Tran created his very own practice called Shodo TaiChi.
Shodo TaiChi stimulates the acupuncture meridians help with healing and overall health of the internal organs. Participants can expect to sit or bounce on an exercise ball while combining movements in the upper body. The simplicity of techniques makes Shodo TaiChi so easy to learn. This practice is also suitable for the elderly as it uses no muscles strength, yet it still powerful.
