The experience will leave you feeling relaxed with an overall feeling of internal balance and peace. This comfortable practice prioritizes safety and trust, creating an environment to explore suppressed emotions and insight. This new style of yoga rewires neural pathways that improves mental, emotional and physical well being.
*Please bring a yoga mat and blanket (bolsters are provided)*

Practioner: Joshlyn Steele is a lifelong learner, constantly pursuing greater knowledge and wisdom in the pursuit of peace. She has a passion for humanity and the essence of life. Using her several certifications in yoga and somatic practices, including EMDR and CBT, Joshlyn has created Somatic Yoga which blends yoga asana with somatics for an overall intuitive experience.
