## MindfullyMindfulness Meditation offers a weekly online drop-in session.
A weekly drop-in gathering for people who would like to sit together in meditation, through lightly guided virtual sessions. This is a free space designed to support your general wellbeing.
You are invited to join a welcoming and supportive environment where adults can come together, share experiences if they wish, and connect with others. The sessions centre on mindful awareness, gently bringing attention to the breath, the body, and the flow of thoughts and emotions, just as they are.

Facilitator
Kel, Mindfully’s sessions facilitator and a mindfulness meditation teacher, who has grown increasingly curious about the mind and now creates space for others to explore and observe their own.
