Mindfulness for ADHD: Cultivating Calm, Focus, and Ease

Details

Science shows mindfulness is the most effective non-medication method for managing life with ADHD. This neuroscience informed 8-week group course is designed for people with ADHD who want to explore mindfulness as a practical tool to reduce stress, improve focus, and create a greater sense of calm and ease in daily life.

Each 90-minute session will combine education, guided mindfulness practices, and group discussions, ensuring participants not only understand the research behind mindfulness and ADHD but also develop skills they can integrate into their routines.

Spaces are limited; early registration is encouraged.
