Prenatal yoga with Tonya is a well-rounded mindful practice to help you ease into your changing body and prepare for labor and delivery. As a Birth Doula and mindfulness teacher, Tonya‘s class goes beyond prenatal exercise to incorporate breath awareness and deep relaxation techniques as well as traditional postures with modifications for pregnancy. You will also learn how you can modify postures to attend any class and keep you and your baby healthy and safe!
