What We're About
Forget "looksmaxing." Why feed your inner critic or put tireless effort into your appearance when looks inevitably fade? If you want a better ROI, mindfulmax—weaken your inner critic and become more secure in who you are.

Every Session Follows a Simple, Two-Part Formula:

  • ⚡ PART 1: STILLNESS AND/OR SPONTANEOUS MOVEMENT: Sometimes we'll engage in low-stakes, spontaneous, interactive movements (like "Yes, And" games) or still activities (like silent or guided meditation)—or both. Regardless of the activity, it is always low-pressure and conversational.
  • 📝 PART 2: REFLECTION: We’ll transition into an unguided/guided group discussion and/or a traditional, pen-and-paper reflective exercise (like a thought log).

  • Let loose and have fun.
  • Increase your everyday confidence.
  • Meet genuine, growth-minded people in the Twin Cities.
  • Connect with your body, trust yourself, and express yourself freely.

The Fine Print

  • ⚠️ Peer-Led Community: This is a grassroots, peer-led club. We'll be facilitating while practicing alongside you— we're novices too.
  • ⚠️ Come as You Are: We are all learning, practicing, and figuring it out together. Leave your expectations at the door!
