Decrease your stress and focus your mind during this 60-minute full breath, full body yoga class. Beginner-intermediate level.

Whether you’re interested in relaxation and meditation, or looking for ways to increase your strength and flexibility, this 60-minute breath centered practice will help prepare you for the week ahead.

Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, you're welcome to participate. There's a modification for everything, so beginners are welcome! Class is guided by Yoga Instructor, Jessica Kirschner.

Class will meet at Prevail Strength x Movement in Cincinnati, Ohio. Free parking is available.
