In this event, our facilitator Jack Connelly will continue the series on exploring mindfulness and meditation as it applies to our daily life.

This 90 minute event will be split into three parts.

  1. Introduction talk 30 minutes
  2. Guided meditation 30 minutes
  3. Questions and Answers 30 minutes

This is part 3 of the introduction to this group. However, even those that have not attended the previous introductory events are welcome to attend. At the beginning of his talk, Jack will provide a recap of the previous events.

This is a virtual event that will be held over Zoom. Questions can be asked in the Zoom chat. Although not required, we would appreciate it if you keep your video on. During the event, the mic will be turned off for all the participants. This is to prevent any disturbance during the event

Members are also interested in
