Next 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Series

The next 8-week series is starting Sundays January 15th to March 12th 6:00-8:30 pm, with a one day retreat (retreat location to be announced) February 26th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Be Space has merged with Vibrant Studios, so I will be teaching there for this series. They could not accommodate the retreat schedule, so that venue will be announced to members attending the weekly series. Suggested cost is $300 for the entire 8-week series plus day-long retreat; please inquire about sliding scale options if this is unmanageable for you (no one is turned away for inability to pay).
