New series of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Series for the New Year! Let's learn mindfulness together and practice methods for gaining better resiliency in these stressful times. Classes as taught in a no-pressure, supportive environment and require absolutely no experience. Bringing water and layering clothing is recommended...tea and hot water will be provided. The class includes a daylong retreat March 11th from 9 am to 3 pm. Weekly classes (scheduled Janurary 28th - March 25th) will include guided meditation, mindful movement, and mindful discussion. All are welcome...bring your curiosity and kindness for your group members.
