In a world where many of us live under pressure and disconnected from the self, this workshop invites us to delve into techniques for dealing with our thoughts and emotions and nurturing our inner peace.
We will explore the relationship between body and mind, diving into the fundamentals of mindfulness to bring presence and focus into our lives; Discover the transformative impact of deliberate breathing exercises, invoking our relaxation response amidst the turmoil; and Practice the therapeutic art of journaling as a means to process emotions.
This is a theoretical-practical workshop, so by the end, you can anticipate having experienced the techniques and their impact, leaving equipped to better navigate your inner self.
We will also have space for sharing literature and sources that can be helpful to further develop your practices.

NOTES

  • Bring paper and a pen.
  • We will sit on the grass. You can bring a mat, towel, cushion, or anything that makes you feel comfortable while sitting.
  • A bottle of water is also recommended.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Marta is a life coach, facilitator, and former head of finance at Startup Lisboa. For seven years she worked in the fields of finance and entrepreneurship, developing her expertise in leadership, project management, budgeting/reporting, and partnership development.
Having embarked on a transformative journey that took her from an ashram in India to volunteering with social enterprises worldwide, Marta is now dedicated to facilitating a safe and nurturing space for people to explore new dimensions of themselves, gain clarity on what they desire, and navigate the path towards finding fulfillment in their lives.
Trained in coaching, mindfulness, vipassana meditation, and circle practices, she supports individuals through one-on-one coaching sessions, dynamic group workshops, and healing circles.
