3- Week Introducing Mindfulness Course - Live Online via Zoom
Life in the city can be fast-paced and at times hectic. This 3-week course offers a gentle introduction to mindfulness, helping you pause, reconnect, and bring more presence into everyday life.

Over three weeks, we’ll explore guided practices, short teachings, and reflections to help you:

  • Strengthen your ability to pay attention on purpose
  • Notice and step out of automatic, “auto-pilot” patterns
  • Respond skillfully rather than react impulsively
  • Cultivate appreciation and mindfulness in everyday moments

Each week builds on the last, so you can gradually deepen your experience step by step in a supportive group setting.

Course Dates:

  • Week 1: Thursday, 13 November, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Week 2: Thursday, 20 November, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Week 3: Thursday, 27 November, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Live online via Zoom (link sent after registration)

Participation Note: To create a connected and supportive group experience, we kindly invite participants to keep their cameras on during sessions if possible. This helps everyone feel engaged and allows for more interactive practice.

Perfect if you’re new to mindfulness or returning after some time away. No prior experience required, just curiosity and openness.

  • Standard Price: USD $75 (~approximately HK$580) (Covers all three sessions — please ensure you can attend all dates)
  • Early Bird: USD $60 (~approximately HK$465)

About Your Teacher
I am a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, trained through Brown University, and a certified meditation coach. I facilitate group classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions for people from all walks of life, including professionals, creatives, business owners, and medical practitioners. I also support patients and caregivers at Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre.

Drawing on the evidence-based MBSR approach, I offer a safe, supportive, and welcoming space to explore mindfulness, deepen practice, and cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience in daily life.
