Our intention is to create community around personal development through mindfulness and mental wellness practices. <br> <br>We host gatherings consisting of stimulating discussions and exercises for the purpose of discovering insights into your life. <br> <br>The collective experience allows for the opportunity to learn from one another while encouraging unity and further commitment to personal and community well-being.

This is a secular group with no affiliation to any religious organizations.
