This mindfulness course supports learning how to respond more consciously to the pace and pressures of everyday life. Rooted in ancient contemplative traditions and informed by contemporary research in neuroscience, psychology, and mind–body medicine it offers a practical and experiential approach to mindfulness.

Through the course, you’ll develop a clearer understanding of your inner patterns, learning to observe thoughts, emotions, and reactions with greater gentleness and curiosity. You’ll explore ways of caring for yourself more skilfully and be introduced to a range of practical tools that support inner steadiness, clarity and moments of ease.

Research shows that mindfulness-based programmes such as this can be supportive for people experiencing anxiety and low mood, managing chronic pain, navigating menopausal symptoms, improving emotional regulation and supporting attention and memory.

The course is suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen an existing meditation practice. It is gently and caringly guided by Helen, a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, certified in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness.
