Weekly mindfulness meditation sessions in english open to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Each session is 1h15' long and includes a guided meditation, insight dialogue and home exercices.
With mindfulness meditation, the practice of cultivating present moment awareness, you will cultivate a state of inner balance and wellness.
Every session will open with a theme oriented guided meditation (calmness, stress relief, self-care, compassion,...) and will unfold with mindful dialogue and iquiry on that topic. Sessions will close with an invitation to engage with daily meditation (you will receive the guided meditation recording) and informal exercices for every day life.
Through meditation, mindful insight and daily exercices you will develop inner skills for stress regulation, emotional balance and a meaningful life.
