Daylong Meditation Retreat || The Art of Intention II
Details
“Your intentions set the stage for what is possible. They remind you from moment to moment of why you are practicing in the first place. Keeping particular attitudes in mind is actually part of the training itself, a way of directing and channeling your energies so that they can be most effectively brought to bear in the work of growing and healing.” — Jon Kabat-Zinn

Join in community for a day of mindfulness meditation practice focused on intention. We will focus on the power of intention to create and shape our reality. More specifically, how intention is a practice in itself; how it can be the North Star that holds our values and guides us toward the action, thought, and presence we wish to cultivate in our lives.
Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

*This daylong retreat is facilitated by Nick Ingrisani. I have held a consistent meditation practice since 2013, primarily in the lineages of Tibetan and Theravāda Buddhism, and stepped onto the teaching path after completing Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's two-year meditation teacher training program. My approach to meditation is centered on everyday life, weaving the practice into our daily rhythms, responsibilities, and communities. By practicing and cultivating presence throughout our lives, we awaken our hearts to meet each moment with more compassion, gratitude, and courage. Explore Nick's writing here.
