An invitation to start your weekend within the gentle embrace of our beautiful community. Delighted to share we are gathering Friday, May 16th at the gorgeous Escapada Health Studio in Dun Laoghaire, 7:30pm - 9pm. We will be accompanied by the super talented Dermo-ji on Tabla, Djembe and Darbuka. Ticket link below.

We will begin with a heart opening meditation & EFT. We will then dive into our musical flow with deeply nourishing & powerful HeartSongs and the ancient practice of Kirtan, a simple call & response form of chanting from the heart, originating from India, accompanied by harmonium, guitar & tabla. We end with a restorative yoga nidra & sound bath.

If you are new to our gatherings, you will be welcomed warmly.
Absolutely no experience of singing or meditation necessary.

E N C H A N T E D - Ecstatic Fire Dance & HeartSong

Honouring Summer's abundant fertility and pure magic as she blossoms & expands in all her glory, on Saturday 24th May, you are invited to a potent ENCHANTED ritual of Dance, Sacred song & Tea. Interweaving Ecstatic Dance with HeartSong, in a single gathering with a tea ceremony, creates a beautifully powerful arc of embodied transformation through movement and voice.

Expect lots of craic, ceoil agus grá.

The dance guided by DJ Aidan Kavanagh will help release any tensions, emotional blockages, and mental chatter through free, intuitive movement. It bypasses the thinking mind and opens the body.

Following this release, HeartSong invites us to reconnect & nourish our hearts and spirits through communal chanting & prayer, gently guided by Felicity Ananda, inviting devotion, unity & pure joy. HeartSong, a form of freeing our voices, setting our intentions, opening our creative channels and connecting to the infinite realm of each other's harmonies together invites a magical wave of voice and body reconnection ceremony.

The meeting together of dance & uplifting healing songs & chants offers our nervous system a total reset from expressive release to calm centredness. Aidan's DJ is set after a heartopening hawthorn tea ceremony, where we will invite our intentions for the evening. Dance and HeartSong can help further clarify & deepen our intentions. Music will be a mixture of ethnotronika, folktronika, afro house, hypnotic and heart opening beats.

No dance, singing or meditation experience is necessary.

Complementary tea & some delicious light snacks will be provided.
This is an OUTDOOR event so please dress in layers ( for all weather!!) and bring a blanket/yoga mat/cushion for your comfort.
