Mindfulness Meditation is a group for practising mindfulness meditation.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator – this meditation group offers a supportive environment to practice meditation regularly in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere
It gives you the opportunity to sit in stillness, in quiet, to reconnect with your body and breath and calm your mind.
There is much research supporting the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, among them:
