This 11th class continues with this series on the Wise Heart, or how mindfulness may help open and cultivate the heart so as to bring more peace and harmony into our lives.
As we're approaching the end of this series, we're following the practitioner's growth on their personal and spiritual journey with the notion of Equanimity. With the cultivating of the heart, inner peace naturally unfolds.
We will review how Peace and Equanimity manifest, and how mindfulness may serve us as a guide to it.
