Over the past 30 years, scientific research all over the world suggest that training in MBSR can positively and often profoundly affect participants' ability to live life fully even in the midst of difficulties, to reduce "psychological distress" and "automatic reactivity" and thereby bring one's best self to each moment of their lives.

Whether you are stressed, anxious or merely wish to optimise your life, this program could well be for you.
Course Content

The program comprises 8 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours plus one all day retreat after week 6.

The program is highly experiential, supportive and structured and is "practice oriented" rather than theoretical in nature. Participants will undertake a number of practices including guided progressive training in mindfulness meditation, simple mindful yoga, reflective journaling, mindful communication in pairs and groups, as well as teacher led elements. A manual is provided together with access to recorded guidance for use during home assignments.

You will learn both formal and informal practices which you can use any time.
