We first always cultivate safe inner exploration within the group by understanding we have choices around how we practice. We use open awareness meditation focusing on an anchor (mainly breath but also can ground with feet, sound, sight) for support and utilize mindful gauges that help with intense feelings and sensations that arise in the moment.
