Hi, welcome.
I am offering a 6-week online course starting Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 6:30pm EST and will continue weekly on Tuesday at 6:30pm EST.
Please register for the course via this google form. You can also learn more about me as a teacher and this course on my website. The form contains a few questions about your meditation experience and current stress. The questions I ask in the form are asked of all participants so I can gain a better understanding of students needs and adjust the practices during the course.
The cost of the 6-week course is free. If you are able, you can make a $5-10 donation via Venmo or other.
About this Course:
This course is for anyone that would like to learn and experience different types of inner awareness tools that help support a meditation practice. Developing a practice is not always easy.
The course will cover these topics:
Intro to mindfulness and meditation practices.
Guided and silent practice experientials.
Discussion about the practice experiences.
Guidance for developing a personal daily meditation practice.
We first always cultivate safe inner exploration within the group by understanding we have choices around how we practice. We use open awareness meditation focusing on an anchor (mainly breath but also can ground with feet, sound, sight) for support and utilize self-regulation tools that help with intense feelings and sensations that arise in the moment.
