Join us every Friday morning at 7:30am Pacific for a free 20 minute virtual guided mindfulness meditation with certified mindfulness teacher and mindful living coach, Chris Carmena.
These guided meditations are comfortable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice.
Meditating in community is a great way to feel supported and increase our sense of connection with others.
You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required.
Learning how to live in the present moment takes practice. Let's practice together. Everyone is welcome!
