Join us every Friday morning at 7:30am Pacific for a free 20 minute virtual guided mindfulness meditation with certified mindfulness teacher and mindful living coach, Chris Carmena.

This week's guest teacher is Julia de’Caneva. Her work explores the intersection of life, death, and cancer through her Substack If It’s The Last Thing I Do. In her business of the same name, Julia is an IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach, blending her intuition, wall full of professional certifications, and lived experience as a cancer survivor to help people build intentional, meaningful lives in service of true wellness in mind, body, and spirit. These guided meditations are comfortable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice.

Meditating in community is a great way to feel supported and increase our sense of connection with others.

You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required.
