Join us every Friday morning at 7:30am PT for a free 20 minute guided meditation with IMTA certified mindfulness teacher and mindful living coach, Chris Carmena.

These guided meditations are comfortable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice.

Meditating in community is a great way to feel supported and increase our sense of connection with others.

You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required.
The meeting room will be locked at 7:32am.
