Would you like to feel more at peace and find a sense of joy and purpose? Meditation can’t cure everything (or can it?!), but it certainly can do a lot for us. I am delighted to invite you to discover:
How being in the present can help us access joy in our lives.
Learn about the science behind why a scattered mind is an unhappy mind.
Practice guided meditation to bring focus and awareness to your daily life.
Learn to see the good and work with the negativity bias.
Experience connection with a guided Mettā (or Loving Kindness) meditation practice.

Anne Muhlethaler is a 250 RYT yoga teacher and a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher who has studied with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield (MMTCP), as well as taken many workshops with world-renowned teachers such as Sally Kempton, Pema Chödrön, and yoga teacher Annie Carpenter. Anne continues to study in her field, and is currently enrolled with the Nalanda Institute in Contemplative Psychotherapy Program, a three-year training integrating time-tested mindfulness and compassion practices in Buddhist psychology with evidence-based Western psychotherapy and neuropsychology.
A former fashion and business executive (and prior to that a singer), Anne developed an interest in meditation and mindfulness after years of practicing yoga.
She became a regular Loving Kindness practitioner before starting to learn more about the rest of mindfulness practices. Anne decided to become a teacher after seeing the profound effects these combined practices had on her own life.
She teaches on Zoom and through guided meditations on her website, YouTube, Instagram and via her podcast, Out of the Clouds.
Anne is passionate about teaching meditation and pranayama while also running a communications consultancy and coaching practice. You can discover her podcast, Out of the Clouds, here.
