Learning Mindfulness skills has many benefits to our mental and emotional and physical well being. It can help us cultivate peace and joy and connect to our own wisdom while learning to bring curiosity and kindness to the challenging aspects of life.
Join me for 4 x 60 minute / weekly guided classes, where we will explore the foundations and accessible techniques of practicing mindfulness meditation.
I am a teacher in training with the Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Certificate Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
A long time Meditation enthusiast, passionate about sharing mindfulness skills with others.
