Join us for an evening of meditation practice.
Whether you are new to meditation or simply curious to explore it further, this seminar offers a warm and supportive space to begin or deepen your journey. If you’re looking to ease work stress and cultivate greater happiness, this evening session is an ideal opportunity.
Over the course of one hour, we will practice several short meditation sessions (each no longer than 10 minutes). The practice will be in silence. After 19:30, there will be 15–30 minutes for questions and conversation.
We look forward to sharing an evening of relaxation, reflection, and renewal with you.
Practical Information

  • Start time: 18:30 CET
  • Place: Ostindiefararen 29, 4th floor
  • Late arrival: Please be on time to avoid interrupting the session.
    If you are late, send me a message at 073-9376862 and wait to enter until the current meditation ends (max 10 minutes).
  • Parking: If you come by car, there are free 2-hour parking spaces in front of the building.
