What we’re about

Mindfulness offers a pathway back to ourselves. To free our minds and hearts, to cultivate love and compassion within ourselves and with the wider world, and to end suffering. Practicing mindfulness we learn how to be in the present moment and when our minds get distracted, to come back without judgment. We practice being with what's here and allowing life to unfold just as it is.


From beginners to more seasoned practitioners, all experience levels are welcome. It is my intention to promote and encourage the participation of people of diverse identities, including those of all races, ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations, gender identities, classes, religions, abilities, and ages. May all feel welcome, safe, and respected within this community.
