Here's what to expect:
- Zoom meeting will open at 7:40 am each morning - meditation starts at 7:45. We'll start and end promptly so you can get on to your day with ease.
- A daily 15-minute community sit. Gentle guidance at the beginning to help you settle followed by silent meditation. โจโจ
