In this mindful art healing session, you’ll use simple drawing, colors, and creative movement of the hand to calm your mind, relax your body, and release the stress you’ve been carrying. You don’t need any art skills at all—just come as you are.

Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and let your inner world speak through lines, shapes, and colors. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Many people say this kind of art practice helps them quiet overthinking, ease anxiety, and feel peaceful from the inside.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or stuck, this workshop will feel like a soft reset for your heart and mind.

Materials You’ll Need: (These are all basic supplies available from amazon or your local art store)

  • Plain white paper (A4 or any sketch paper)
  • Black gel pen or marker
  • A set of color pencils or markers
  • Pencil & eraser
  • Highlighters/Colored pens/crayons, or pastels any medium water color
  • A comfortable place to sit and a bottle of water
