Happy to teach an energizing all-levels complimentary Yoga class designed to awaken your body and clear your mind. We’ll begin through breath-centered sequences and the class ends with a restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations to release tension, calm the nervous system, and leave you deeply grounded.
Through my 10 years of practice and teaching experiences, I intend to spread the awareness and power of mindfulness for general well-being & healing.
