Life’s ups and downs can be challenging without having excess food to help numb uncomfortable feelings and emotions. And, as much as we all want to lose weight, transitioning into a new body can also at times feel a bit too much to handle. This group is specifically designed to help with this, using the tool of mindfulness.
Sabrina Johnson has been teaching mindfulness for over 15 years, and with her own personal experience using GLP-1’s has learned how to apply it in helping on her own weight-loss journey.
Each week, Sabrina will lead the group in mindfulness exercises that participants can learn to incorporate into their daily routine. In addition to becoming more mindfully aware, Sabrina will share with the group how to become more heartfully open so that we can be compassionate with ourselves and with one another.
