As Lao Tzu reminds us:
“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”
During this walk, we’ll explore what it means to step out of effort…
and into allowing.
Through guided reflection, light conversation, and quiet moments of presence, you’ll have an opportunity to:
- Calm your nervous system
- Reconnect with your body and breath
- Gently reflect on what in your life may be asking for healing
- Experience the restorative rhythm of nature
This is not a hike for performance — it’s a walk for presence.
All paces are welcome.
You are invited to move in a way that honors your body.
