Come as you are. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, clear the mental noise, and reconnect with what actually feels right for you.

INCLUSIONS:

We’ll begin by settling into the space with a guided meditation to ground your body and quiet the mental chatter. From there, we’ll move into reflective journalling, gentle creative exercises, and vision mapping to help you identify what’s been draining you, what you may have outgrown, and what wants to shift next. All resources are provided.

You do not need any experience with meditation, journalling, or creative work. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. A notebook and pen are recommended if you’d prefer to use your own.
Wear comfortable clothing.

LOCATION:

Arrive to Budock Vean Hotel at least fifteen minutes early so you can settle in before we begin. - Park in the Hotel car park - Walk through the hotel, into the conservatory and outside to the patio grounds. It’s a five minute stroll on the path, down to the river from there. If you’d prefer the Hotel Buggy drive you down, please be sure to request this directly to us at least 24 hours prior to arrange.

When you arrive, look for the Hello Realign signs at the venue. If you have any trouble finding us on the day, ask the hotel staff for Anabel’s workshop in the Sunroom / send a message through Whatspp +44 7459 863 075.

This is a calm, supportive space. No pressure to share more than feels right for you.
