9D Breathwork Journey
A guided, multidimensional breathwork experience (with sound, voice, and inner imagery) to help:
Release stuck emotions (grief, anger, guilt, resentment)
Melt stress and tension held in the body
Activate self-love, self-worth, and inner safety
Emotional Integration & Reflection
Gentle integration with journaling prompts and sharing (optional) to help you:
Understand what shifted
Anchor the new intentions for the year ahead
Leave with simple practices you can use daily

A quiet, private space where you can lie down
A yoga mat, bed, or couch
Headphones (recommended for deeper immersion)
Blanket + pillow for comfort
Journal & pen for reflections
