In 90 minutes of 9D breathwork, you’ll be guided through a deep, multi-layered journey designed to:

  • Release stored emotional tension from the body
  • Soften anxiety, overthinking, and self-criticism
  • Reconnect you to your heart, your body, and your inner calm
  • Close this year with more peace, clarity, and self-compassion

### What You Will Experience

During this online session, you will be held in a safe, sacred space as we journey through:

  • Grounding & Intention Setting
    A soft landing to arrive in your body, let the outside world pause, and name what you’re ready to release.
  • 9D Breathwork Journey
    A guided, multidimensional breathwork experience (with sound, voice, and inner imagery) to help:
  • Release stuck emotions (grief, anger, guilt, resentment)
  • Melt stress and tension held in the body
  • Activate self-love, self-worth, and inner safety
  • Emotional Integration & Reflection
    Gentle integration with journaling prompts and sharing (optional) to help you:
  • Understand what shifted
  • Anchor the new intentions for the year ahead
  • Leave with simple practices you can use daily

### What You Need

  • A quiet, private space where you can lie down
  • A yoga mat, bed, or couch
  • Headphones (recommended for deeper immersion)
  • Blanket + pillow for comfort
  • Journal & pen for reflections
