Our bodies are our temples! So let’s use gentle moves to direct our attention and make a safe space for the mind to calm😊
Mindfulness can be practiced as a sitting or walking meditation, or even in a lying position. When it is practiced in movement it can be particularly soothing and still strengthening present moment awareness.
Join me for a free session when I talk about my experience with mindful movement; we practice for about 20 minutes and we can share.
You will need some space for the standing and lying down poses, but it's not yoga and you can be in any physical condition.
