Mindful Outdoors

Unwind and de-stress with an active mix of mindfulness meditation and great hiking in and around the London area.

Who is this group for?

This group is for anyone wanting to practice being mindful in an active and unique way, to meet like minded individuals or to simply enjoy some of the best of walks in and around London.

Mindfulness Meditation & Hiking:

In 2017 we'll be offering monthly Mindful Hikes, each with guest mindfulness guide.

These meet ups start with an indoor group meditation (lead by a different guest mindfulness/meditation trainers/guide or occasionally myself) before taking that focus and calmness into the outdoors for a scenic, interesting, and sometimes challenging walk. The walk is an opportunity to be present with our surroundings, to be social and to learn more about the places en route. Part silent walking meditation, part guided tour, part social group.

International Mindfulness Expeditions:

Did you know?

London is one of the greenest cities of its size anywhere on the planet? More than 50% of London is comprised of green spaces, there are hundreds of miles of public footpaths to explore, a plethora of parks and more than 8 million trees. Indeed you don't need to travel far to explore nature.

And nature can have a tremendous impact on our day to day wellbeing, with evidence based research demonstrating a direct relationship between time spent outdoors (or even looking through a window) and stress levels, productivity and even our ability to recover from surgery.
