Mindful Talks creates mindful, science-based events that connect your brain, your body and your people.
In a fast, busy city like Rotterdam, many of us live in our heads, run on stress and feel disconnected - from ourselves and from each other. This group exists to slow things down and create space for safety, regulation, play and real human connection.
You’ll find here:

  • Held — a weekly circle for overwhelmed mothers
  • Cognitive Fitness — a bi-weekly playful brain & body training
  • Science + Comedy talks to learn, laugh and connect

This group is for anyone who:

  • Feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or overstimulated
  • Is curious about the brain–body connection
  • Longs for real connection, not small talk

No experience needed — just the wish to feel more connected again.
