Mindful Talks creates mindful, science-based events that connect your brain, your body and your people.
In a fast, busy city like Rotterdam, many of us live in our heads, run on stress and feel disconnected - from ourselves and from each other. This group exists to slow things down and create space for safety, regulation, play and real human connection.
You’ll find here:

- Science + Comedy talks to learn, laugh and connect
This group is for anyone who:
- Feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or overstimulated
- Is curious about the brain–body connection
- Longs for real connection, not small talk
